Good Things Take Time
Post-Script: The completion of this project won't be seen until I buckle down and finish assembling the array. I was lazy over the holidays and hardly worked on it at all.
The link to the earlier blog entry on this project is here.

Interesting concept. I await the finished project.
Nice one! I like the idea of this, not just the end result but the construction of the array itself. Neo-impressionism makes a comeback!
These effects are beautiful and eerie. I think you have a really neat art project underway.
Joe, it just gets better. I remember your article in the LPA and it is good to hear you are progressing it to hi-res. Now, I can't remember if it was Camus or Kurt Vonnegut who drew the verbal picture, but it goes like this: our experience of the world can be likened to sitting on a railway truck facing backwards and viewing the receding past through a 10 feet long drain pipe. I hope you see why that illustration came to mind. There is a genius aspect to this project.
There's very much a confessional-screen vibe to the output. Just the outline or the suggestion of someone or something on the other side, like a thousand camera obscuras. Very interesting!
