North to Glacier

Montana Farmland

"North to Glacier"

Post-Script: We left Albuquerque six days ago and here we are almost to Canada, having visited six National Parks (counting tomorrow's tour of Glacier). Yet it seems like we've been gone longer than that.

The little Fujifilm X10 continues to amaze me with its picture quality, and the Hermes Rocket continues to remain reliable as a faithful travel typewriter. I've gotten a bit better at photographing the typings using the X10 and whatever room light I can find. Still not as good as scanning, but adequate.

Nothing like a long road trip across the US and Canadian west with a trusty Subaru and Fuji X10!

In BC, I'd highly recommend considering a ride on the (free) Highway 3A Kootenay Lake car ferry and a subsequent stop in Nelson.

Have you encountered any smoke from the Washington wildfires yet?

No smoke seen yet, we'll see when we head west.
