Tucson Typecast, Part Two
Post-Script: Okay, I figured out the radio is one of those replicas, since it has a cassette slot in the side. Still, a nice stylistic touch. I'm thinking they're micro-broadcasting an AM signal of the oldies music around the court, including old radio commercials.
I also left a type-written note for their Guest Log, which is included in each trailer. I figure my Royal Mercury is about the same vintage as the trailer, so a typed note would be appropriate.

What a great photo. I'm sure they appreciated the typed note!
Ah, Bisbee! The scene of my previous life (I owned a house on Tombstone Canyon from 2002-07). Beautiful town, many disappointments for James & me, at any rate. We stayed at the Shady Dell with our little Airstream travel trailer while we worked on the house, which we eventually moved into. Nice little RV park.
It's always interesting to read a blog post about places I know well. If only that cemetery could talk. And how about those huge mining "tailings" nearby? It's a vivid testament to Man Digging Huge Holes in the Ground for Precious Metal!
